"Realizing "TangoX" hasn't been easy at all...
Before starting the project, based on a particular piece of music composed by me years ago, the story was quite clear in my mind but I didn't know yet how to realize it technically.
When I started the shooting process, that needed a special sunlight angle through the window (that happens only an hour a day from February to April), an exceptional season of clouds and rain began, with the more intense snowfall in Rome since 1985.
The self-shooting time has been very hard: I didn't like (in alphabetical order): my body, my face, my hair, the way I danced, the way I played, how I wore the costumes... and my feet were hurting.
As usual, while I was shooting, other ideas arrived and the story had a further interesting development... The editing phase was extremely long and intense (especially to realize certain results that I had to elaborate frame by frame with Photoshop - I didn't use green screen or automatic effects).

Despite all, in the end, I realized that the whole process has been beautiful and emotional: an inner journey that led me to explore myself and my different aspects deeper than I ever did, to accept and at the same time to overcome some of my boundaries... to be more comprehensive and loving with myself and, consequently, with the others.

"TangoX" is not only one of the Films made and performed completely by me (music included): it’s a part of me...actually more than one... Like me, he continues to improve, to evolve and the story goes on...
In fact... now there is a Sequel..."
